Purpose
This code of conduct explains the expectations for respectful participation in coaching conversations, discovery calls, written exchanges, and any community spaces connected to fatima.coach.
Expected behavior
Participate with respect, honesty, and care. Make room for different experiences, communicate clearly, and respect boundaries, privacy, and time.
Unacceptable behavior
Harassment, intimidation, discriminatory language, personal attacks, doxxing, spam, or pressure to share private information are not acceptable.
Confidentiality and boundaries
Do not share another person's personal information, coaching details, or private messages without permission. Coaching is not emergency, medical, legal, financial, or mental-health crisis support.
Reporting concerns
If something connected to this practice feels unsafe or inappropriate, contact hello@fatima.coach with the relevant context.
Response
Concerns may lead to clarification, boundary setting, ending a conversation or engagement, removing access to a space, or other steps needed to protect participants.
