Sometimes, I pause and think about how much has changed—from starting out as an architect, to earning a master’s in engineering management, to diving into education, coaching, and leadership. None of it was a straight path, and honestly, I wouldn’t have it any other way.

Architecture taught me how to design with precision and solve complex problems. Engineering management showed me how to lead, strategize, and adapt. Education gave me the chance to inspire and be inspired.

Each transition was filled with uncertainty, challenges, and moments of doubt. But looking back, I see how every experience shaped me into someone who thrives in change, problem-solving, and creating impact—wherever I go.

Today, I’m grateful for the growth, the people who shaped my journey, and the opportunities ahead. Who knows what’s next? But if the past has taught me anything, it’s that every step forward—no matter how uncertain—adds to the bigger picture.

💭 What’s one unexpected turn in your career that shaped who you are today? I’d love to hear your stories! 👇
